The Life of Abraham
Abraham is one of the most blessed people in the Bible. Although Scripture is not a comprehensive history of humans it does, however, chronicle the relationship of one man and his descendants with the Creator of the Universe. Ultimately, it is a record of how God has and will bless mankind through the life of the next person in our timeline.
The apostle Paul not only confirms that the world is blessed through Abraham's faithful life but also that anyone who has faith in God is considered one of his spiritual sons and heir of the promises.
Because of this, you should understand that those who are of faith are the true sons of Abraham.
Now in the Scriptures, God, seeing in advance that He would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel beforehand to Abraham, saying, "In you shall all the nations be blessed." It is for this reason that those who are of faith are being blessed with the believing Abraham. (Galatians - 9, HBFV, see also Romans ).

Abraham (Abram) is Born
Abram (his birth name before being renamed Abraham) is the third son born to a man named Terah living in Ur of the Chaldees. At the time of his birth his older brother Haran is about 60 years old (Genesis ) with second brother Nahor at an unknown younger age. Terah is about years old at the time of Abraham's birth. The family into which he is born was known to worship pagan deities (Joshua ).
Modern archeology dates the city of Ur, located in ancient Mesopotamia near the Euphrates River, to around 3, B.C. It was resettled, after the great flood took place in , by Noah's son Shem and his descendants.

When the elevator door outside Music Union's office opened, I found the tall figure of Sunanta "Nann" Yoonniyom — from Thai reality show Academy Fantasia Season 10 fame — sitting on the floor, surrounded by fans. The boyish-looking singer was clad in faded denim and wearing a long-sleeve shirt and looked comfortable.

It has been a year since Nann left the TV show and although the year-old singer didn't win the competition, she has become one of the most successful contestants from that series and has a new single coming out at the end of the month. The song is produced by Music Union, a label helmed by big names in the Thai music industry including Asanee Chotikul, Nitipong Honark and Chatree Kongsuwan, among others.
"Coming into Music Union felt like arriving home," said Nann as we settled down in the cozy meeting room of the label's office. "This place doesn't feel like an office. Things are really breezy and uncomplicated. They said, 'Whatever you want to do, just tell us'. I get to put a lot of input in every piece that I do. We ask and exchange opinions with each other all the time. It feels very welcoming."
